Prepare
Surface
Clean the surface properly. Remove dust, loose particles, oil, grease or any weak material. The surface should be dry, sound and solid.
Apply 1/2 Layer
Primer
Mix FIXOL SBR LATEX with water at 1:1 ratio (Primer) and apply 1 coat on the surface. This improves bonding and strength.
Fill with PU
Sealant
Use XMH 5500 PU Sealant Tube to fill the crack completely. It remains flexible and prevents water seepage.
Apply 1/2 Layer
Top Mortar
Mix FIXOL SBR LATEX with water and use it in the top mortar or finishing layer for extra strength and durable results.
